DeKalb County Voter Registration and Elections (DeKalb VRE) will host a virtual press conference TODAY! Friday, Nov. 13, at 3 p.m.

The discussion will outline DeKalb’s plan to facilitate and execute the state-mandated risk limiting audit that requires a tabulation by hand of more than 370,000 ballots.

The press event will include comments from DeKalb VRE Director Erica Hamilton, DeKalb District Health Director Dr. Sandra Ford, and DeKalb Public Safety Director Chief Jack Lumpkin. Additionally, DeKalb’s Department of Public Safety will provide 24/7 staffing of the audit location to secure the facility and the ballots throughout the process.
